1·20 days agoNo, that’s a different shit feature MS shoved in Windows. They disabled S3 sleep and replaced it with S0 “Modern Standby”. Search around, it’s posdible to force the old S3 real sleep mode I think.

Fediverse@lemmy.world•For those who have tried MBin, is it a good Lemmy alternative?
4·2 months agoI mostly like the Mbin UI better than the Lemmy UI and Piefed UI. It certainly looks better IMHO. There are a few annoying bugs in Mbin where images are sometimes not shown, or gifs are shown as static images. Not often, but it happens occasionally.

1·3 months agoIt’s already happening. Plenty of companies and public services are moving away from US cloud providers, dragging their suppliers with them. My company is moving to a EU cloud provider too, because our SaaS clients make us. They won’t renew multi-year contracts if we don’t move with them.

No. The cold tests starts at 20% and the normal test at 10%. My guess is that charging from 10-20% at -30 C takes a lot longer. Still a good battery, but they’re fudging the numbers here.

Cool video. I was expecting Minority Report 😄
