I looked at this a while ago, at the time photos had to be long exposures, several minutes. So if someone was walking along the roady, they would ‘blur’ into the road. and it like the reason the two people weren’t blurry was because one of the people was having their shoes shines by the other.
Largest I know of are some Twin Otters in Canada have floats. 16-20 people, but I’d call them exceptional and a Cessna caravan type is a typical large float plane. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Havilland_Canada_DHC-6_Twin_Otter

The pictures in this Lemmy worlds SuperbOwl (my capitalisation) are always top notch and its good to see many different birds. I don’t know for sure but I think one of the main posters works at a wildlife sanctuary.
