I dont think people really started liking her. Biden just made himself that much more unlikable. When he stepped down Kamala got a massive swing because the DNC actually listened to us for once and made an actual fucking change. People saw hope for something better the first time in years.

A company I used to work for outsourced most of their coding to a company in India. I say most because when the code came back the internal teams anways had to put a bunch of work in to fix it and integrate it with existing systems. I imagine that, if anything, LLMs will just take the place of that overseas coding farm. The code they spit out will still need to be fixed and modified so it works with your existing systems and that work is going to require programmers.

The other group has enough training to know that second hand fentanyl exposure is nearly imposible unless you are actively rubbing your face in it.

It is not at all uncommon for cops to have straight up hypochondriac panic attacks because of the horror stories they all get told about fentanyl and then insist that the panic attack is OD symptoms and they need narcan.

Notice it’s always cops getting “second hand exposure” but never EMS who regularly deal with overdoses. All these cops having exposure incidents are almost always either just having a stress reaction which they weren’t trained for, or they are using the drugs they confiscate.

Everybody in MN has been saying Walz needs to run for president for years now. But, being a relatively unknown guy from a flyover state it was kind of a pipe dream.
