This is one of the reasons I refused to watch “24”. I wasn’t going to support a show whose entire premise was “we ignore due process because we’re too incompetent to stop the criminals sooner.”

Was there another president who polled as worse than two different immediately previous presidents? He could have just had people saying Obama was better, but no, he had to run a third time, and now (all the best) people are saying Obama and Biden were better than him.

What they’re saying is this is only tangentially agriculture. We grow crops, process them, and make additives for fuel or just fuel. If we stopped doing all that, we could provide enough electricity to make all the cars electric.

This, of course, doesn’t take into consideration things such as battery requirements, etc. but it does give perspective on just how much land is being used for some small fraction of car fuel, and how absurd biofuel is, given how little we actually use relative to our overall fuel use.

Edit: everything else you said is true, but even turning biofuel land into grazing land and having it covered by solar panels would be more useful. And we need more batteries.

This isn’t the early 2000s, pretty much any video player can slow down without audio distortion. Play that back at 50% speed and find me that R you’re talking about. I’m not hearing it.

It was the first commercial version, from the NT line that was user-friendly and capable enough for home users. Prior to that, it was difficult to get games to run on the NT line and permissions were more complicated than most home users wanted to deal with. After that, they were essentially the same product line.

Yeah, common usage in English “what a coincidence” often means “I don’t think it was a coincidence.” Don’t be surprised if people take it less than literally.

I think it would be so funny if someone spray painted pieces of shit (real or fake) and distributed them, possibly for throwing, at one of his events. He’s so fixated on gold crap, I don’t think he’d be able to ignore it.

As someone of German heritage I’m a little offended that you’re bringing that into it. Neither Hitler nor Trump did what they did because they’re German. The potential to be shitty is part of everyone.
