These bills are sometimes gigantic and no congressperson could possibly read the entire bill for everything they vote on. They are supposed to have people who read the bills and give them a summary.
Affordable Care Act is 1,100 pages. And then you have to remember that other healthcare proposals that got voted down were also similar lengths.

I got charged for like 3-6 months of DoorDash premium. And that’s without having a DoorDash account. Apparently my GF used my card for one order, and managed to accidentally sign up for a subscription which she never used. So the account not in my name, not on my phone, and not attached to my email. I was able to call them though, and they “generously” refunded 2 months.
