Your point is that doing something is more effective than doing nothing? You sure got me there. I have to say that I agree.
My state is nowhere near anywhere close to being a swing-state. My vote for president carries very little weight. For this reason, I vote for whichever party actually aligns with my ideology.
An acquaintance once tried to scapegoat me and my vote for Jill Stein as the reason that Donald Trump won in 2016.
That’s not how the electoral college works.
The time capsule also contains a copy of his book, “Swedish made penis enlarger pumps and me. Yes, this sort of thing is my bag, baby”
I’m still not understanding the part where everyone having an extra 25k for a house purchase doesn’t just increase the price of all houses by 25k. This is what happens when you increase the demand for something without increasing the supply.
My friend, in california, every house costs a million dollars. All this is going to do is bump up the value of a house by 2.5% at the expense of taxpayers. Unless we’re going to massively increase tax on the rich and cut tax for the poor, I don’t see this as a win.
Maybe I’m missing somethng here. I’m not just asking this because I’m upset about the possibility of other people getting money and not me: Wouldn’t we expect the home buyers’ subsidy to only increase demand and drive up the cost of houses? Then the money would end up in the hands of those who already own one or many houses. Isn’t this just giving money to people who are already well-off? Wouldn’t it be better to create a program focused on building more houses instead?
Whatever. I just used a.i. to write my performance evaluation at work. I fed it a bunch of garbled, incoherent nonsense and made me sound productive AF.
If tips are no longer taxed, I’m definitely tipping about 1/3 less. 15-20%? More like 10-13%.
Dude, your penis is huge!
A few more than you’ve got.
I’m still running a 3700x and had been thinking about upgrading. Is the 5800x the best choice for am4?
I heard they actually lost their statistician who originally set the whole thing up. I’m expecting a decline in quality. Wikipedia says the original guy, Nate Silver left and created his own website last year. Natesilver.net
I think the new version of net metering pays homeowners less than it did previously, for power that they feed into the grid, disincentivizing rooftop solar.
Adam’s target audience must be teenagers. That was hard to watch.
No, Sodium like the PlayStation game Sodium.
Its even worse than that. I’m working class. With federal, state, FICA, sales tax, and property tax, I pay like 40% of my income to taxes.
The rich have far too much to lose.
Don’t most brick and mortar stores also have websites that deliver? Just think of what store might sell what you’re lookng for and buy it from them or at least compare prices.
