My point is he’s not asking for it to be deleted from the entire internet.
You’re just here to jerk yourself off over “uhm, actually! nothing is ever deleted from the internet!” which also isn’t true.

Yeah, although in my mind it’s pretty much always been like this.
People on the internet are eager to say “something” even if it doesn’t actually address the issue at hand.
It’s sad, but it gets easier to deal with once we stop expecting more.
I don’t know what you’re talking about, but lemmy.world definitely does not condone what you’re saying.
OP does have a point.
This isn’t really helpful.

Anti-consumers and anti-suckers will say “do whatever gives you the best deal.”
It’s all business at the end of the day. These companies aren’t our friends.

Along with censorship.

Young Turks still proudly progressive and have no problem calling things out for what they are.
It’s funny how successful elon musk has been in conning liberals.
I think during and after World War 2, we did some really great things.
It’s a shame most of those things were funded by tax dollars and now we have been conditioned to hate taxing those richer than us.
Conmen have pretty much had free reign in the US since the 70s. It’s an indicator of success because they’ve been so successful at conning us.
I totally disagree.
FWIW, I think the design and layout of lemmy is superb. Way better than reddit, old and new.
You guys made a lot of good decisions.
A reasonable question.
