Yes and no, it’s not really as accurate, 1 - if the guy do not watch his keyboard at all. 2 - if the guy is watching a bit his keyboard but only to the approximate place of the letter and remember the position after. BUT this could be counter by training an AI to extrapolate the results to get something more precise

I don’t talk about the ui focused rom, but on the private one. Stock iOS and stock android are the same shit, the only reason to change is to use a “degoogled” ROM and iOS won’t let you do that easily

My go-to for pretty much all purposes would be to use SimpleX, it’s a really good secure and private app that is in early development. Basically it use the Signal protocol, but in an app without telemetry, blobs, etc… Or if you want to use Signal, download Molly

My other recommandation would be Matrix for large public groups or business talk.
