I also like my moka pot but usually I want drip equivalent, takes longer to drink otherwise I have too much.

But I don’t want to.
I do enjoy the Espro I have, very tight seal and fine filter. But my daily driver is cheaper, I just don’t pour out the last bit and works fine.
One of us (French press people).
I’m not a coffee fanatic, it’s just the simplest (read: laziest) way to make decent coffee without replacement filters.

If you’re looking for cheaper it’ll be challenging. Wegmans carries a couple whole bean decaf varieties (espresso and something medium roast). Trader Joe’s always seems to have whole bean French roast. And there’s some bulk ones on Amazon probably worth a shot - used to get SF Bay decaf there.

19·1 month agoEspresso is hard to do at an office but a French press and hand grinder are very easy to keep in a drawer at your desk. And if you’re desperate you can use the drop brewer to get your hot water.
I read what I could but was not convinced it’s enough of a defined issue to change up for me, especially with zero cardiovascular issues. Open to future changes if the science gets more refined.
