You expect adults to make good decisions?

This is why the world is the way it is…

My suggestion is unironically sieze the means of production. Becuase money is about to inflate.

Buy that Stand mixer with attachments you always wanted; You’ll atleast be able to bake your own food when police start to guard the grocery store.

That large toaster oven that fits a turkey? That’s be your new hyper efficient bread/cake/cookie baker. It’s basically an adult sized ez bake over.

Into fashion? Get that forever artisan Sewing Machine. You’ll be able to knit your cloths together to make a quilt when you can’t afford to heat your home in the winter.

Are you a gardener, woodworker, welder, lunberjack, plumber, etc… Then I suggest seriously considering getting some kind of tool that makes things. How about a 3d printer? 😬

I’m totally spamming this across the thread with copy/vaste.

Look man I just need a little liquiditiy… 😏 😈

Forget the money. RevolutionOS!

All the things you mentioned have people involved.

I don’t know but when I clicked the link you posted I get a server not found error.

I was contracted to work for a non-profit that helped teachers write and analyze student test scores for a few years. The non-profit ended when the CEO sold the company to another education company. The new education company has contracts with the department of defense in my country.

When I reflect upon the outcome. It would seem that the department of defense now has direct access to many more students who test scores are low. All lined up and analyzed. And I’m the one that automated the deployment of that system. I just quietly took my checks until my contract was no longer renewed.

From my point of view I did build a small part of the web. And I stood around and did nothing while the web/company/people around me were being consolidated. While the department of defense freely browsed some of the most vulnerable children/students in the country because they know poorer testing students are more likely to join the military for money.

A lot of people are going to die because of that analysis system in my opinion; And to me, that means I am responsible.

I accidentally stumbled upon the Wikipedia article about Sad Clowns when I was looking for that picture of the happy/sad face from theater.

I have mixed feelings about what I read today. :|

I grew up with the understanding that using blood for pudding was called Black Pudding and the Scottish ate it. With a side of Haggis! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

When I play Valheim the game says Black Soup tastes like: “A perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.”

Today I learned.

No that wasnt it.

The video took place in an office. 2 people were in the office. I feel like the main person looked like or was Zack Gilifanakis.

Every minute the clock would announce the new time. He ended up talk to the other lady in the room about how some person on the floor above exploded or blew up or something?

I was a short skit. Only a few minutes long.

I guess I’ll be the devil’s advocate today. 😈

I’ve seen some pretty serious phone “servers”.

I personally think that turning a phone into a device that can stay on 24/7 should be easy enough.

Finding software that works on your phone’s hardware… that’s a whole different beast. 😬

Ahhh one of my favorites. The Iron Cage of Bureaucracy

I saw a funny video of an example. But I cannot remember the name for it. I tried searching for it once but failed. The conficlt was about some dude that exploded.

How topical, I wager I could use AI to find the video. 😏

To me, what makes LLMs unsafe is they are nondeteramistic.

If I remember correctly; Nondetermanistic means the LLM can, could, and will have different answers/outcomes for the same question.
