When you only needed Netflix. Not Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBO, Paramount, peacock, starz, apple, Amazon prime… I mean, I think most of us are fine paying for content. But, streaming has become at least as expensive as cable used to be.

And filming it. And distributing it.

Exactly. More to the point, it was designed to be rewritten and modified. The founders knew it would need to be changed. The problem is, the USA has become so big, and we’ve made it so hard to do so.
