Yes, the whole situation is quite sad. There have been whistleblowers from his office who have shared how bad he has gotten, and there have been multiple police incidents now from his dangerous driving. I think he finally alienated everyone who genuinely cared about him or believed in him before the stroke, the only people left around him are the ones exploiting his diminished capacity for their own ends. That was even more fucked up than it originally seemed, it turned out they knew the map was wrong years ago but just didn’t actually update their map.
