  It’s not in the headline. Even though I did read the article, I did miss where that is stated. I had to go back to the article to find that.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
