Do we really want him to be fired? I’d rather the head of the USA FBI be an incompetent moron serial-drinker who yells at all his staff, than a composed rational individual. I sense this is the reason Cole Tomas Allen specifically said “except Patel”. Kash Patel and perhaps RFK Jr. are (unintentionally) following the sabotage manual better than any other federal employee from what we’ve seen.
If he was an outlier in an otherwise competent or morally valuable administration I’d feel differently. But I totally agree with you.
Polygraph tests for the FBI actually make a lot of sense.
They eliminate people who panic under pressure, and eliminate people who can’t pass a polygraph test.
That leaves you with a mix of competent intelligent people and exhibitionist psychopaths. And there are other tests you can do to eliminate the psychopaths, should you desire to do so.
Has he tried… not drinking? I bet that would improve his reputation.
