    Not the governor Pritzker actually needs my advice, but I suggest that he does not make that call.

      No, call and then mute it. Let him rant alone on the other end. Any time he spends on a demented phone call is time not spent committing more crimes against the rest of us. More politicians should do this so he wastes hours a day talking to himself.
