Well, they’ll lose the appeal for the same reasons they lost the previous appeal. Just depends what SCOTUS feels like roflmao.
But the important part is that they may be able to delay it enough so that the bullshit new rules can’t go into effect in time to affect the midterm elections.
Whether the appeal succeeds or not, this shit is already intimidating voters.
